i was going to but I always look for better deals. Ebay can be good as long as you can find things that are name brand.

Re: 97 EK hatch
Yeah could probably hit up some Megan racing headers cheap or go all out and have BWR custom make me some for a lot more lol.

Re: 97 EK hatch
Niiiice. I was looking at those last night. I'm gonna call the pwjdm boys and see if I could make their integra intake fit in my engine bay. I'm using a b series throttle body and the line that the intake goes through is pretty close to an integra bay.. Hopefully it'll fit, cuz those are badass..

Re: 97 EK hatch
Yes they are pretty awesome and good luck on getting it to fit that would be coll if it does. I have contacted them before about fitment on items and all they told me was to buy it and if it didn't fit they would let me return it with no restocking fee. I was looking at the carbon engine cover for the 2012 Si and the TSX one they have almost looks like it would line up just right.

Re: 97 EK hatch
Might have to try that with my intake. But I'll wait til i have the new engine and take a couple of measurements first.

Re: 97 EK hatch
The fitment might be a little more tough on your car, the engine bay on that is pretty cramped ain't it?

Re: 97 EK hatch
I'm hoping to go with a carbon Kevlar spark plug wire cover, carbon fiber intake, with a Kevlar velocity stack.

Re: 97 EK hatch
Eh, it's not that cramped. I bet i could make it work. It just might be a short ram intake then. I might need that hood with the inlet scoop. lol

Re: 97 EK hatch
well found out that I can use an EK (go figure) powerchamber on my lude.. but, and I'm sorry to say this to you Dennis, but the dyno sheets I saw of the PWJDM powerchamber compared to stock, were not impressive.. you actually lose horsepower

Whoa now hold on haha. Dennis just keeps posting shit I'm jealous of.
And the power loss is minimal, however it is there. Buuuut I'm under the impression that the throaty sound it provides sorta evens out people's opinions about it.

Re: 97 EK hatch
Hahah I've got a lot more than that, but I'm not even close to a quarter of the way to finishing my parts list.. So there's much much more to come. I'm gonna throw an h23 vtec Frankenstein motor together on the side. Just stock internals. Gonna sell it to my buddy for his hatch

Re: 97 EK hatch
I am not overly concerned with power loss especially the minimal amount on this one. my car isn't exactly pushes big numbers anyways lol. I really like it for it's looks of the carbon and the noise it produces is pretty cool coupled with my Buddy Club exhaust. That is cool that the EK one will fit, these things are fairly universal since they pretty much made it for the B series and I have a D and it works fine just some fitment issues with size cause of how my engine sits. It is a little crammed in and sits really close to the headlight and almost has no clearance at all under the strut bar, maybe new strut bars will fix that though lol. Wanna go with the three-point front strut bar, Although probably not the PasswordJDm one but a less expensive BWR one.
The one I want is $229.99
The BWR one is only $165.00

Re: 97 EK hatch
I MIGHT be gracious enough to leave them the R31 for a few days. The Eclipse, once i get it running, i might leave it there for a while so they could develop parts for it and expand their clientel base.
