    H.I.D. KITS H4/H4H

Post by HopelesslyDope on Sun Jul 01, 2012 9:06 am

    I've had a HID Kit for about 3 years now, I've had 6K before & i have 12K now.

I want to upgrade but I'm not sure if i should get 6K or something higher than 12K.

I hear a lot of talk about "The higher the K the better" & "The lower the K the better"

    so which one is it?

    I'm planning on getting 30K H4H(Hi & Low)

    or 6K H4H(Hi & Low)

H4H(BiXenon "Hi&Low") is the high & low right?

or is H4 the hi & low?

    i don't even remember.

please someone here have input on this post, which K is better & is H4H hi & low or is the H4 hi & low?

The ones that are BiXenon should be the Hi-Low since they are labeled "Bi" but some companies like to throw that title on there to try and make sales. As far as intensity it is all up to what you prefer, I have 12K the purple ones and they look great but have been told by several AZ cops that they are not legal so be sure to check with local law also. I want to go with the 8K which is bright white for my headlights and 3K which is yellow for foglights, but I will end up getting 6K for fogs since the fogs are already tinted yellow the yellow HID's would look more green than yellow. Hit up StreetObsessions.com on facebook he has great prices on some top of the line HID kits and does retro fitting, tell him Dennis Minter sent you and might hook you up a little better.
