It LOOKS like he has one, judging by the angle of the shoulder straps... :/

I did a bit more painting. Will be harder to keep clean, as you can already see!

I'm going to attempt the nitrous install soon. Bottle has just been sitting around as I get up the nerve to mess with a wet setup.

Are you tackling it yourself? or with someone who's done it before (not doubting your skills, just concerned)

I'm that way with everything though. I knew nothing about cars before getting this one. I get the nerve up to try it, then it is easy afterward. But I know you guys are real, but near enough to help!

Most people would suggest YouTube, but I suggest searching out a local performance shop and talk with them. Some might give a bit of a discount for being military. I found out that a local store gave a mil discount once i showed my ID for my debit card. so, never know.

And yes, we are very real and willing to help any way we can.

I have learned a lot the same way, just by doing. i went to UTI for a little while but realized I didn't want to work on other peoples cars just mine, lol. I think I have learned more from working on my build than anywhere else.

Well, usually I'd say you should do all the work to your car, yourself, that you possibly can. Nitrous install is definitely doable by yourself, even with no experience. That being said, I definitely advise you look for a forum with a good DIY guide for the install, I'll see if I can find one for you on Honda-Tech, I'd try to look for a forum specific for your accord, but that might be askin a bit much.

Big 3 upgrade, and a huge modification to my intake, which I'm calling a Cold Ram Intake, or CRI! I had to move the battery, and also put in a Weapon-R oil catch can.

Here is a simple $35 accident camera. I since moved it down a bit, but the power cable is fairly well concealed. It comes on and writes to a 32GB flash card as the car comes on. It has battery backup, so you can turn it on when the car is parked too, and it will start recording when it see motion. It also has 6 infrared LED for nightvision.

I was inspired by indo doing the big 3, so I got some 0 AWG cable and went crazy. I'm happy with the results!

    Engine

    Transmission

    Alternator

    Terminals

I did a crazy modification to my intake too. I started with a simple Vibrant aluminum pipe with a 90 degree bend, and ended up moving my battery and installing an oil catch can.

The Rays wheels are on. Powder coated a dark metallic gray. Car is dirty and the rear mud guards are off while I color match them like the fronts. Chrome trim is painted!

My Rays extended closed lug nuts, which I need to cover my extended studs, but the open end lugs weren't cutting it.

Thermal layering applied to the bottom of my intake to reduce heat absorption.

Thermal layering applied to the hood after removing the bulky cover that was rubbing on my manifold.

I added the Ultra Racing 777 bars. They were as difficult as I thought, with the weight of the wheel and car to take into consideration. I didn't have to adjust the camber arm though, didn't get that bad.

Infiniti G35 center caps to match my Rays G35 wheels. Bondo to flatten them, primered then wrinkle painted. Stickers applied and clear coated.

My 2007 Accord Coupe headrests came in. I like them! A bit more cleaning left to get stains out, but they look better than they arrived.

Momo AT shifter. MT boot, NRG e-brake, eBay leather e-brake boot.

The Advics BBK finally went in. I got a custom bracket made. While people got the ones from Paul to work, I wanted a better fit. I rode back down to Steve's and the install was quite smooth this time. Still a bit of learning, but it worked and didn't take all morning. They look awesome! Stopping is gradual and firm when applied hard. I am very impressed! If you want to do it yourself, buy these things:

Acura RL calipers & pads from 2005-2009
    Nissan 350Z Track rotors from 2006~ (I used DBA4600XS)
Custom bracket required to make it fit, see countless other threads for where to find them, I am not a source!

Well I originally wanted DBA 2-piece rotors, but since they're out of stock I settled for the drilled and slotted non-directional 1-piece rotors. They're awesome, but not what I wanted. I sold them, and now am rocking some slotted Project µ 2-piece. I am not thrilled about the turquoise, but the black is slick.

My rear Ksport 324mm 2-piece rotors came in. The box, lots of packaging, brackets, and both rotors weighed in at under 9 pounds! These are the same diameter as my front rotors from Project µ (mu). I will see about installing them tomorrow. It will be nice that pictures of my car will no longer show light and/or lots of ground through the spokes of my rear wheels. I put my sunglasses on one of them to show scale.

This is a comparison of my brakes. 324mm all around up top. The old rears are compared on the bottom.

I had my new axle-back exhaust installed today. I now am running two of the new black Vibrant Streetpower mufflers. These are a straight-through design, with no chambers in the way for maximum performance. In the videos you can hear the air "whoosh" sound from that design.

Custom piping goes back to a Magnaflow Y split, then a large Vibrant resonator. RV6 J-pipe up front.

Recent shots at a show on base.
