The prelude will be my daily/show car, bolt ons, paint, jdm h22a swap, and a few secret things I have planned. It won't be fast. 200hp to the wheels if I'm lucky.
The integra I'm planning to build will probably be street legal now that I think about it, considering the class I want to run requires you to keep a three piece front end, front interior and stock dash, headlights. But it won't be fun to drive on the street. Drag car for the weekends, and the prelude to daily in the mean time.

That's pretty cool that you'll have a weekend fun toy and be able to beat on it and not have to worry about affecting your daily commute. What are these secrets you have planned? lol.

    Yeah I'm pretty excited.
Well originally I was going to hoard the pictures of the wheels, arc intake box, and the next "rare" part that's coming (shipping as we speak), but as you can see that didn't happen. So I'm sure I'll spill the beans about just about everything when the parts actually come in because I'll be like a 9th grade girl wanting to show off her new iPhone and Aeropostale jean-short thong she got last weekend.
I have one thing that will remain a secret until it's completed and installed on the prelude, the only hint I can give is that it's Japanese inspired.
All pictures of the car after paint will be in black and white until I decide on a final trim/accent color. So it'll sort of be a secret.
The drag car's only secret will be color scheme/theme of the car. Which will remain secret until the car is completed and dyno tuned.

Sounds good. The Eclipse won't have high horsepower so to speak, just enough to shut most of the mustang drivers in this town up. I swear, they're obnoxious. Had one the other day tear through the center turn lane just because traffic was backed up. I think 500 AWP is modest. I'll save the high horsepower for an S chassis. If I could afford parts and had a garage to work in I'd be like a 9th grade girl as well. Lol. I get excited just finding out prices from people who make pieces or do painting. I like what I read Jay. Keep up the work.

Got some new stuff I've been trying to get from a buddy for a while now.

Shaved and painted valve cover. I had always planned on shaving a valve cover and painting it black, and this particular cover has sat under the hood of two of my favorite preludes so it's kind of cool that I picked this one up instead of just shaving my own. Part of my thing with parts is knowing where/who they came from.

I actually got the valve cover, and these Mugen Pedals for "free" because I was buying one item, and dude threw these in the package. 200 bucks for a set brand new, and I had already planned on buying them, so this was a nice surprise.

Spoon Sports strut bar. Not that "rare" or expensive, but someday they will be pretty saught after, and I've wanted one for a long time.

Very cool that you got the cover and pedals thrown in free. I love the look of the shaved cover. The Mugen pedals are the ones that I want too hope I can find a good deal on some.

Just don't buy em off eBay because they're all counterfeit, walk in to ICB and buy new if you can't find a good deal on an authentic set.

Looks pretty sick. I'm still waiting on getting my car fixed. Looks like I'll be moving soon too. Lol. I wouldnt mind having a set of Ralliart pedals and such.

Holy crap, forgot about this thread. Kind of sad these forums never really took off.. But I'll post some updates just because.. It'll take me a while to get up to speed on this thread. Picked up a new car, I'll post a thread for it, since it'll be done long before the prelude.

Yes too bad this forum has sort of died off.
