I like to see progress too even if I'm not making any lol. But man getting some nice wheels like that is cool and I would love to be able to start spending some real money on my car.

Well I forgot what a fuckin joke PayPal was.. 3-5 days to confirm my bank account and another 3-5 to transfer the money from my bank to the account, and then ANOTHER 3-5 days to transfer the money from my Paypal to the sellers PayPal.. So it could be up to 15 days before they ever get shipped out.. Fuck my life. I'm the most impatient person you'll ever meet and this does not make me a happy camper hahahah.

They just have a little curbage on them from the previous owner. No bends, and if somebody really wanted to they could be repaired. If I don't sell them I'm going to strip them down and fix the curbage and reprint them gunmetal or gold and have em as spare rims or turn one of em into an end table haha.
They're the ones that are on my prelude right now, there's a picture of em on the first page. The black ones.

Those don't look bad at all. Depending on how much you'd want, I'd be interested. But, I'd rather overnight a money order. Paypal is ok, I normally use it on eBay, but i don't actually have one set up. My wife would know more about that than i would. I think they'd look ok under the Accord. what size tires do you get?

They've got 215/40 on them but I'd go to 225/40 because 215/40s are expensive as hell.

Those things look great and the tires appear to have plenty of tread left on them. Still can't believe the deal you found on these great rims.

Yeah I can't believe it either to be completely honest. Had to jump on it. Might not find another set in this condition for that price, in my bolt patter for a looooong time.
Now I need to throw my coils on and slam that bitch on those Mugens.

I know, I can't wait till they're here!! These are just pics he sent me. He's
Actually a really cool guy. He used to host a huge accord/ prelude meet and barbecue every year when he owned his accord. We got to talking about our builds and he built a JDM h22a for his accord and basically went to the extent I want to go to on my build. He had a set of confetti Recaros, which if you're a Recaro Finatic like me you know they're the one of the rarest seats Recaro ever made. He wants me to keep him updated on my build which is pretty cool.

Well, pulled up to my parents house today after work and about shit bricks when I saw these in the garage..

For 15+ year old wheels, these things are in pretty damn good shape. No bends, curbage, chips, nothin. Center caps have minor scuffs on em but again, these wheels are almost as old as me for christ's sake.

Out with the old Taiwanese garbage, in with the muhfuggin Mugens.

Sorry for the crappy pics, I was losing day light, I'll try to get some better ones tomorrow.

And one more just to be a "hella jdm yo" douchebag.

Holy freaking hell man, those look awesome. So much for just doing minor things eh? lol. That 'lude would look sick on a set of coils with those shoes. glad you get to do some actual work. I'm just painting a few interior pieces to make me feel like I'm working on my car until I can afford either a long block or a short.

    Back from the grave...
Sorry about my lack of updates. In a new relationship that's actually healthy and normal so I don't have that much time to myself anymore. Also short handed at work so that means I spend more time there than I do at home. I've had a ridiculous amount of misfortune lately and it's eating up all my funds. So I don't have much to share, but I will get you guys up to speed.

That's basically all I've gotten since you last heard from me. Wednesday I'm ordering my pistons, rings, and wristpins.
Then it'll be rods, bearings and a few oem parts and the block's off to get sleeved, balanced, and blueprinted. 10,000 rpms here I come!
