yeah man I have a full list of plans and drafted up the plans for my roll cage in Auto-CAD, and i'm sure I'll change everything I've got written down at some point haha. Yeah I've seen some pretty gnarly SOHC builds, They've got the potential, people just fail to see it. My buddy had a boosted d16z6 that was just turbo'd with a stock STI turbo (little tiny baby turbo) on 6 pounds of boost, 450 cc injectors, and a tune on hondata, and he would chew up WRX's AAAALLLL day.

Should be getting my valve cover back from Street Obsessions this week. It is gonna be looking good and will post up my own pics once it gets here and it's installed.

Here is a shot from the Street Obsessions crew.

Holy hell, I didn't even know PW:JDM had stuff like that, let alone those things were made. I need to get out more... lol

And that VC looks sick. I'm on the verge of sending mine off, i just need a) the money, b) the motivation, and c) the powder.

    Okay it's update time

I got my valve cover back from Street Obsessions, sent it off to have it powder coated.

Looking good with the Password JDM valve cover washers.

Street Obsessions hooked my up with some stickers to add to my slowly growing collection.

Some new SOHC VTEC decals for the sides

This side decal helps to hide the dent kind of, or does it make it more noticeable.

    Overall it's looking pretty good.

Valve cover looks good! You know I think that Championship White on the outside with an authentic Buddy Club kit and do the engine bay in Phoenix Yellow! Good to see progress on your build!

Thanks guys, I love being able to do something with it. As soon as I do an oil change I'm gonna take it to the shop to have them take a glance and then probably get a new harness from rywire when I can.

Lucky you. Wish all mine needed was an oil change... Congrats man. I can't wait to get the Eclipse back. Sarah and I are wanting to take it down one of the windiest roads in southwest Missouri: Highway 76 from Cassville to Branson. Keep up the good work bro.

Oh it still needs a lot but the oil change just got it running so I can get it to the shop to have them look at it. Hopefully they will look at it and agree with my plans and I can go from there. If not then they can set me in the right direction.

Nice work Dennis. I'm not usually a fan of colliding colors like red and yellow but for some reason I really dig your valve cover and the PWJDM hardware kit. Looks good
Can't wait to see some more progress once you get a plan figured out with the shops around there.

I'm curious, what plans do you have to confer with the local shops? The RHD swap? the VC looks sweet. I might have to get the PW:JDM washers myself...

New wiring harness? For the d15? Decide if you're gonna ditch the d series for a different motor yet? Wiring harnesses aren't cheap, and if you're gonna do a swap.. I'd just stick it out until then. Just my .02 though.
